I would say small.. It's super cute! My dog is a small 10 lb Jack Russell and she wore it for about an hour! Very bright and cute and fuzzy!

It has arm holes and then it has a black ribbon tie that you tie it in a bow or like shoe laces to keep it on....

I would say that it may fit a pooch that's 6.5, but may be a little big but not too big.... My 10 lb Jack Russell is a little bit bigger than like a chicuagua. It's your call. It should fit. If it doesn't, relist it! ;)
