The listing, Sears 28 mm f2.8 Lens has ended.

This is a awesome older lens that produces fantastic images! The mount is a M42 threaded mount and can be used on most DSLR cameras but a adapter is necessary. The leather case comes with the lens, unfortunately I do not have front and rear caps. The image of the coffee beans was taken today with this lens on my Canon 60D.

NOTE: This is a older film lens that also works on DSLRs. But know that when using a adapter for a DSLR that auto focus isnt available. You must use manual focus.

There is one very small mark on the front element that has no affect on image quality. The leather case is cloth lined and will protect the lens during shipping. I will also bubble wrap the case before boxing it. Google m42 to eos adaptor and you will see what is needed. I bought mine from B&H for less than $10. Thank you for your interest.

Hi Scotty and thank you for your interest in this auction. Yes it will work on a Nikon DSLR with a adapter that you can purchase for less than $10. Auto focus is not available when using the adapter but manual focus gives some great results.

Thank you for your interest and your question. The adapter is a standard m42 to Canon eos adapte and will work on your T3.The one that I have was purchased from B&H Photo.
