Sweet, sassy molassy! This elastic waist skirt/shirt is so stinkin' cee-uuute!! Skirt/shirt is from beloved brand FOREVER 21, in a size SMALL! It's fully lined and mini-skirt style! It has a few very tiny snags here and there but not very noticeable at all. I originally bought it to make a hand bag out of it but (obviously) never got to it. Item is used and gently warn. I have always hand washed it in cold water, no bleach, a tiny bit of color safe detergent, and hung from waistband to dry. Untangle fringe, gently with fingers. This runs more like a size EXTRA SMALL to SMALL, though it has a little bit of stretch to it. If you're going to wear it as a top, with jeans, it will fit a small bust.
