Fine curves if gold plated wire with the most beautiful colors and shading on flowers and birds, it measures a full 2 1/2 inches tall and is larger than a coffee cup around. It is actually quite roomy and will a lot of jewelry or what ever your heart desires . perfect for your vanity or as a conversation starter in your coffee table, simply beautiful !The inside is a beautiful cobalt blue enamel as well as the bottom of this piece . There are no markings . The gold playing has never tarnished or changed color, it's still nice and bright and shiny like a fine piece of jewelry . I have had this for over 20 years and found it in a neat little shop in San Francisco . I've never seen another any thing like this and the workmanship is simply fantastic !
