Winner provides the picture, (must be high definition at lease 10 mega pixels or better, otherwise pattern wont be as nice with low quality photos). I take the photo create a cross stitch pattern 150 X 120 and send it back to you via email.

Please make sure files / emails that are sent have not gone into the spam or trash folders of your email account. I send files out within 24-48 hours of the ending of the auction. If you don't get it than make sure there are no problems on your receiving end before you dispute or request credit returns. I keep carbon copies of all emails with file attachments with a time and date of sending them out to you, and therefore will show proof as required that I did send files out to the winner as required by and in Listia rules. Disputes, return credit requests will be denied. However, if you contact me right away to notify me that files were not received, and provide a different email address then the files will be resent to you once.
