I would say a little past the hip at my height ( 5''6)..its qiute a good sized bad..very roomy! The one time I bought it I was at a craft fair and was buying a lot, and spotted this beautiful bag, and went about stuffing it with things I bought all day, PLENTY of room for tons of stuff
