@lovedemgators02882012 actually you can run two different operating systems. i've run 4 at a time actually. I had Mac OS 10 with windows 7 running off bootcamp. and android x86 and ubuntu running on the windows partition available to select through grub2.

but everything else you say... seems pretty legit. gotta be careful on sites like this. scammers everywhere. even the scammers get scammed.

I don't know who is dumber...the scammers trying to scam you out of your shipping costs or the ones who believe these scammers. The guy has no selling history; zip, zilch, zero, nada. If you will look at all the items he has listed I noticed a few things. First of all, all the pictures are taken with different backgrounds. How many people have 7-8 different carpets in their house? I noticed a bunch of different carpets.
This one is a little more elaborate--they put up a bunch of listings, but if you will notice people have asked ??? on his other items that have free shipping and he hasn't answered any of them. He has been answering them all day long on the computer. Also he gives very little info about any of his items--probably clipped the pics from local craigs list and it probably took 30 seconds to put each one up.
He tripped himself up by stating that the computer has two different operating systems. That and the fact that they won't put up a specific model number up tells me that this is a (more elaborate than usual) scam trying to get someone to buy it and paypal them the shipping. If you do decide to buy from this guy, make him send you an invoice from paypal stating what you are giving him the $40 for. its a free service and it protects you. I can guarantee you that when you send the shipping cost you will never hear from them again.

@lovedemgators02882012 - Thank God, finally someone with some common sense! I have been trying to tell people on Listia to just take 10 seconds & look at the seller before you bid. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to tell which ones are legit & which ones to stay away from. If people would just stop bidding on the fake auctions then maybe there wouldn't be so many of them. But, it is no use telling these people. Some of them are just so dumb & naive that they see a picture & automatically bid. It is amazing, really...I have never seen so many dumb people before. $40 for shipping to a seller with absolutely no feedback & only Facebook verification and they still bid....?

C,mon people, don't be as stupid as this guy. Of course it's fake; they are looking for that special extremely stupid who would send them the shipping cost. First of all, the seller could post a picture of something showing Listia or their user name to prove that they own it. They cannot do that because they do not own it. They do not even know what model of computer they have. How hard is that--you look at the label. I guarantee that it is labeled on the computer somewhere. Skribbletron, I understand that you can dual boot but that is not my point. My point was that they did not even know what they had.....until they actually went online and looked up the specs. That is when they changed it.

Better yet, since you have the time to respond snidely to my legitimate concerns, why don't you use your time better to put up a picture with your name on it next to the computer so that you can prove me wrong? I, personally will guarantee that no one else will "win" it. And when I win it I will ask you to send me the same proof before I send my shipping fees. Which I know you cannot produce, because you do not have it in your possession.
