A game can still be in "Excellent Condition" weather it has been pre-owned or not... I've bought items from people who bought their Item brand new, played it one time and then sold it as brand new out of wrapper. So I say to the seller, don't let people question your ability to explain an item, if you think it is excellent condition upon inspecting it and do not see any flaws, then that is what you tell them my friend... buyers will use tactics such as those to down grade an item and try to get it cheaper... DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!!
