There was supposed to be an instruction cd that came with it, but I never got it. My cousin is the coupon queen of this area and she set this book up. I have done some looking online, and there are several sites that can get you going on this scale of couponing!

Discount Fanatics is great too. She has a Daily Frugal Living Blog where she puts up freebies everyday. I get free samples and free stuff in my mail everyday on top of couponing. Savinsistas is my cousin's site.

How does sheet protector's work? I use baseball card holders. (They have the individual squares to hold individual coupons. How do the sheet protector's keep the coupons in place?

This kit has both. The sheet protectors are nice to hold the full page ads til I can sit down and organize them into manageable coupon groups.
