id say it runs alittle smaller. i usually wear this size but it was alittle tight on me but not uncomfortable. i just thought it was alittle to short for my liking (or my husbands liking really).

it might be alittle big but im not real sure, it seems to run really small. my step daughter is 110lbs and it fits her lose but not oversize. i just thought it was to short for her cuz she really tall. i hope that helps u some. sorry i couldnt answer it better.

all i know is its a jrs size 16. it fits my 15 year old step daughter. thats the best i can do. i have it packed and boxed already. im sorry. i never thought about the measurements. i know shes 110lbs and it fits her comforably. but its short, to short for her. but then again shes tall. i hope but i doubt that helps u. sorry.

oh. well. being that i weigh more than 110 lbs than this might fit. ( im wide in the hips so a little bit over size 11 might not be an issue) lol
