Does the chain go through a bale or does it go through a hole in the pendant? I want to make sure it is behind or at the top of the pendant and not straight through the hole that I think I see. Thanks so much! Great auction.

I only usually have rings,,my friend said you have to get whatever it is to attach to the pendant for the chain,,I don't know,,a piece of wire or something?..and the hole is perfectly centered at the top
