this is a felt ornament kit for a VICTORIAN SKATE BOOT..these kits were very popular in the mid century eras.the package has never been opened,the kit makes 3 ornaments that are approx 4" top to bottom.it contains everything necessary to make the ornaments.all listia rules apply.
