It's see through. Off shoulder. The neck, arms, & bottom are stretchable. Can fit L-XL can also be worn with a high waste belt. Somehow when I wear it the back is very lose on me. 100% polyester. New never been worn just once to try on.

Hope this helps. Im about 44inches around my chest. My hip is around 30inches. But you wont have to worrie about the hip part it well fit cuz it has alot of room. Myself in and size 16-18 in pant size and XL-XXL. there well be enough room to wear a high waste belt and its still loose
