It is 32 inches around the top un-stretched (16 inches armpit to armpit), 47 inches from top to bottom. And 38 inches from bodice to bottom. The measurements are flat measurements and is very stretchy.

It's very comfy. The straps are adjustable. It's cool and you don't get so hot when you where it.
