The listing, Classic Navy Slouch/Beanie Hat has ended.

You can see by the pics that this hat can be worn as a beanie or as a slouch hat. It has lots of room in it for hair . It's crocheted with the new ribbon or tape yarn (very high end!) and drapes beautifully. The pictures make it look black but it is a very, nice, navy blue. Great hat for a bad hair day. Love, love, LOVE THIS!! So beautiful & elegant! Love the slouch & drape. It says ribbon/tape yarn does that mean it's kinda silky like ribbon is? I'm thinking if it's a ribbon material it might be cooler for summer?

Oh heck, I wish it was. No, it's a rayon chenille yarn. But it is very light and it does drape beautifully. But all of the flat yarns (as opposed to the round yarn) are being called ribbon or tape yarn. That's about the best description I can give you of this. It's a very high grade yarn and cost about $12. or more a skein. I do love to work with it though.
