This is a good phone in perfect working condition besides one feature, the SD card slot is broken. I'm sure someone could figure out the problem. Volume/audio is working great and overall the phone has a good response time.

This phone is through straight talk with Walmart. Just decide what plan you want and purchase it there or dial *611 to get started. :) (I used the $45 unlimited talk, text and web plan and it was great!)

This is an excellent starter smart phone for someone upgrading from a regular feature phone!

I always had a screen protector on the phone, so there aren't any scratches, but there is a nick in the top left corner of the case.
