The information I have is that it is silver but the purity is unknown. It is brand new and sizable which surprises me cause it has to be silver or gold to be sized. It can't be plated or filled. . So that's what I know. Hope it helps.

Does it have any marking on the inside of the ring? Like 925 etc.

Sorry I have been out of town . So in answer to your question. No it does not .. it is not sterling 925 but it does have silver in it. It is mixed with jewelers metal. There isn't enough to call it 925.
