Measuring from UNDER the bust it measures 12in long and 16in wide at the widest spot (near the bottom). The bust will accommodate about a c cup. Hope this helps

The triangle top portion measures about 7 inwide and 8 inches long at the most covering spots... it also has 2 thin removable pads.

I'm not sure.. I am a 38 C and it covered mine pretty well when I tried it on and bought it, just never got around to wearing it. Everyone is shaped differently so I'm not sure how much it would cover.
