The clip end is not a grabber type clip, it slides on, as to not damage baby's clothes (or slides onto your shirt pockets, belt loop, waistband, purse strap, etc..). The other end has a clear holder with snaps, holds Nuk type pacifiers and many others, but if a Maam adapter is needed, please let me know, I will supply it free of charge. Makes a great baby shower gift!
