HERE IS A SMALL PAIR OF BINOCULARS. IN THE PICTURES YOU CAN SEE HOW THEY SPREAD OPEN OR PUT IN WHATEVER POSITION YOU WANT. THEY COME WITH ATTACHED BLACK STRING TO HANG AROUND YOUR NECK. They are VIVITAR brand and they say 3X18 on them , they work really nice, on the back side of them they turn so you can pull the eye part out a little so you can see farther. They are a nice little lightweight binoculars. I used to keep them in my car so that I could see across the water and look at boats and stuff. THEY CAN FIT IN YOUR HAND.ANY QUESTIONS , JUST ASK.
