The listing, Romanesco Cauliflower - WOW! has ended.
Veronica F1 hybrid - I'm running out of room in my garden, so here's your chance to try this amazing example of "fractal food"!
This cauliflower isn't exactly an heirloom, but it "has northern Italian roots dating back to the 15th century. Romanesco cauliflowers continue to gain popularity as a gourmet vegetable producing extraordinary, spiralled heads. Veronica has an alluring, chartreuse color in cool conditions and more of a creamy white with a pink blush in the summer. More tender than traditional, with a nutty flavor that is favored for crudite and raw vegetable dishes. Large plants need 30-36” spacing. (Brassica oleracea var. botrytis)"
