The listing, Women's 3x top - New with Tags has ended.

This item came from Ross. It's a size 3x and I got it for Christmas but never had a chance to wear it. I recently lost 40 lbs and so its too big now. It is Red, Black, and White and made to look as if its a shirt over a black cami. It is all sewn together and not 2 pieces though. Meets in the center with a silver ring. 3/4 length sleeve.

Simply eating right and exercising every day. I count my calories with the help of fatsecret.com and try to stay between 1200-1400 per day. No more or no less. I exercise at the very least, 30 minutes a day. But I quickly moved up to doing an hour each day and now I usually do at least 2 hours a day. I am actually down a total of 42 lbs since Jan 15th when I decided to start changing my lifestyle. Its not just one thing you have to change, its everything. I don't like to say that I'm on a diet really because I don't feel like it. I feel like I've just changed my whole life to a healthier way of doing things. I never knew all the bad things I was doing to my body before but the more I learn, the better I feel and am finally improving. If you want to follow my blog feel free.
