The listing, Useful - Striped Makeup Bag has ended.

Cute gently used makeup bag - roomy enough for the essentials, but small enough to fit on a shelf or in the cupboard - this has been used a bit but still has plenty of life left.- slight discoloration on one corner that would probably wash right out with a little soap and water.

I'm not sure of the exact dimensions... but it's a normal medium-ish sized cosmetic bag. It's great for traveling too.... this bag even went with me to Alaska several times. :)

Yes, it is clean... used, but clean... the only defect would be the bit of discoloration on one corner... but I think it could be easily removed.
