It seems you can ask, so yes. :)

You unscrew the top that the flint is connected to. Add some lighter fluid in the area that the flint it stored in. Give it 30 mins to soak in and screw the flint back in. When you want to use it, just remove the flint, put your finger over the hole and run it along the indented side. When you do that, it will cause a spark, thus making a flame.

Be-careful though, as the flame can be up to 6 inches or more.
