This is actually 2 separate pieces that can be worn together. The black skirt has an elastic waist band and there are ruffles on the bottom. It is 90% polyester and 10% spandex. It can be machined washed cold on gentle cycle and tumble dry on low. The skirt is from Macys and the size is X-Large. It is part of their holiday wear. The top is a size Large and it is from the Dress Barn. It is 90% acetate and 10% spandex. Hand wash cold and lay flat to dry.

Although they are separate, I kind of think they go good together. Both pieces are kept in a smoke free home and they still have the price tags on them. So these are spank brand new!
