I'm not sure, the packaging doesn't have any kind of date. Do you know how I can find out? The paper is crisp and new.

Good question. The colored side feels, not as slick as the light side. I'm no seamstress, so is there a better description for thick or thin?

I found it at Habitat for Humanity ReStore. The paper is still glossy on the back and still bright on the colored side. The packaging is in great shape. It didn't look used at all.
