this is a size 3x brand new womens blouse. smoke free home. my husband bought me this blouse but it does not fit me. i have pretty big upper arms and it doesnt have any stretch to it. i think it probably would fit a 2x better. the picture looks a LOT lighter than it actually is i don't know if it was the flash or what but this is a very dark blouse. .

yes there is a seam across the front under the bust area and also it is 100 % polyester it doesnt stretch, and it is machine washable in cold water.
