The listing, Cricket cell phone has ended.

I previously listed this phone and had a winner but did not realize that the phone needed a new battery. The gentleman's credits were refunded to him. The phone does power on and is wifi capable but as stated above the phone does need a new battery. As you can see the phone works well and included is the charger.

I love it, I am addicted! Lista was the last thing I did last night, and, it was first today! You have helped me SO much! Is there a lot of scammers? I have a problem with something I won, its about 30 minutes away, and the seller said I could pick it up, now the seller is demanding 5.99 for shipping! The shipper is Timeless Treasure, they are MEAN! I really want my item, but it's not worth 5.99, I explained that a rule is you can't make money off people for shipping, now they won't reply. I,just now, can get a refund, but I want the item, it concerns me, I hate liars and dishonest people! What you think?

you do have to be careful yes a lot of scammers I have had to file more disputes to get my credits back then I care to think about but lots of honest people here too after you've been here awhile you will get to know who they are, just decide do you want to take a chance and maybe loose your money or just say oh well I don't need it that bad Listia will cover your credits if you have to file a dispute but not cash.

You help me so much, in this situation, the giver was mean and rude, and blatantly lied, so this morning I was able to finally ask for a refund, I explained everything, also can prove everything, to Lista. Its just the point, I usually take things in stride, but the scam is huge, and then their behavior was disgusting. There is good and bad with everything, you sure do give Lista a good name! Total props to you, I like good people. :)

I try at all times to be honest. I believe totally in Carma and try to treat people like I would like to be treated. This is a good place to give away useable things and acquire things that you would like to have at no cost but time spent doing it. The team at Listia monitors things pretty closely and in my opinion tries to make the best call possible when things are presented to them.

True that! Wow, I just heard back from Lista, they refunded my credits, and pounced on the giver. Yikes. You were right, Lista took care of it. Karma I believe in too, what's funny is, all that happened was said on email, so the giver really screwed themselves. Lista is a fun sight too, yesterday I seen 5 wire hangers bidding at 300ish, lol.. it's my new harmless and free addiction!

I have had Cricket for 4 years now and very happy with the service. They are also merging with att next year so it will be awsome service
