Collectortrev is right, despite the childish way he goes about making a point. Im new to this, I dont know how it works. But instead of criticizing and ridiculing a newbie, maybe he could be a little helpful? Im using an app on my phone to do this. Theres no option to verify my bank account, which I will after I get home and get on my laptop.

And change it to not charge shipping. Anyone who isnt a totally self righteous ***** wanna help me do that? This guy is just upset with me because I was top bidder on one of his items that I couldnt even use. So I was relieved when someone outbid me. So I commented on it saying "Thank God I got outbid" and then he stormed my profile all butthurt being an annoyance. I apologize for his behavior

haha lots of people like that on listia, but let's get something straight; 1000 points does not equal $1. People say this because it's easy to remember but it's not a fact. There is no rule stating this and these people have not spent the time to figure out the mean, median, or mode of a sample population to be able to apply it to all of listia. Most of them probably don't even know what these terms mean and have a poor understanding of math or they wouldn't even be making these claims. Listia's currency is made up and user driven, meaning it basically has the value we assign to it. It's like that ep of south park with the space cash. If there was an official set value though, Listia offers 13,000 credits for $20 (and that's 20% extra) showing that the $1 for 1000 points is disproportionate. Personally i think it's best for users to decide how many made up points an items worth, but that's just me. http://www.listia.com/support/topic/faq_credits
