This is a beuatul skirt by mirasol.....the colors of the shirt is black with tan colored stitching...... the length of the skirt is 33 1/2 long...the waist of the skirt is 42 inches around......there is a lining under the skirt....it is made out of 100% cotton...the skirt is made also out of 100% cotton... this skirt would be nice for the summer months it is light weight....it is gently owned........any ???? please feel free to ask......... as always thank you for stopping by and looking at my auction.............

No the waist does not have any elastic in it however it does have a zipper on the side....is there anything else i can do for you, please let me know....

I'm not sure about that.... I would say a 16/18.....the waist is 42 inches around.....I thought It might fit my daughter she wear a lg but it is to big in the waist.... it does have some flair to the skirt...I hope this help you.....let me know if you want me to check any measurements for you....
