With custom form u can use the number as ur tracking number instead of an extra tracking number ( in a bubble envelope to canada should be as a package 7.00) no more if they charge u more the post office is ripping u off i send to arune34 that way all the time :)
Would you be willing to provide a link to this custom form? I asked again when I went to pick up a package today and they told me that it would cost $14, "Not for the customs form, but to register it." Her words exactly.

https://cns.usps.com/cfo/ShippingInformationAction_input add information and pay online for 6.91 (and u get the customs number from print form) or take to post office and use custom form there what post office dont understand is that just the number on the form is trackable and they want u to pay for registered mail foir tracking which would be like 13.?? (14.00) when its not needed why have custom number (form) and a another tracking number? government likes to screw us sometimes:)
and hi arune34 again u missed slifer it got ginned 20k (jump version)
Yeah, I don't know if you know this or not but I always mail first class parcels with USPS and wen they ask "Do you want tracking?" I tell them no, because they end up putting it on the receipt anyway just written as "PID#" rather than "tracking#" like the sticker that they add when you pay for "tracking" says... They literally charge $.90 for a sticker, nothing more, since you can choose not to pay the $.90 and still get a tracking number, just not a fancy sticker that says "tracking#" this has saved me lots from the post office over time.

Runningwolf316 is vouching for you, I guess the post lady is trying to rip me off, it seems they always try to do that over here. I don't mind shipping to Canada for free.
Talked to the lady at the post office, it will only cost me $1.15 to mail it in an envelope, however if I want to add tracking she told me it would cost $14... and I have gotten scammed before by not providing tracking numbers... that being said, I will not provide tracking for free at $14, so as long as you don't mind no tracking then I can ship it to you.
The postal code for shipping to Canada shouldn't matter, since the price for shipping from US to any location in Canada should be same. You can try the postal code M5S 2J7 if you want, which is near where I live. Thanks.
It looks like if I just sent it in an envelope it would only cost around $2, but it might get damaged if I only send it in an envelope. I like to put the cards I list in a plastic case and mail them in a bubble mailer so they don't get damaged, and if I sent it like that to Canada it would cost at least $7. I might have to go talk to the people at the post office in person to clarify things, but if you don't mind me sending it in just a regular envelope then free shipping to Canada is possible. I will look into it ASAP.
Lol thanks. Yeah, the last time I said a card was near mint one person said "it's no where near mint..." Lol if they don't believe me then they are the ones missing out.
Last time someone asked me for condition on one of my auctions, I had rude comments from people telling me that I didn't know what I was talking about... So that being said, I am NOT a professional grader, but I would say the card is NEAR mint.
