You will get a genuine boyds plush figure in a sailor dress outfit. I don't know anything about boyds, these were given to me by a family member. Its best to review images for best results. Small bear measures about 6" inches in overall height, and original manufacturer label says 1988-2004.Its in used condition, only because it was sitting in my closet. Adult owned, no kids. In very good condition. No tears or rips, and I don't see any stains. However, just in case there is some marks I didn't see on the outfit then minor stains.
