well i wear a 14 jeans in womens, or a 36" waist in mens, and its flares out quite nicely at the bottom, so i am guessing it would still fit someone larger than myself, and I am getting rid of it because it is too big for me. hope that helps, and happy bidding!

Also, the door it was hanging on in the pic is about 3 feet wide, and as you can see, it takes up alot of the inside area of the door, with room to spare and stretch.
