It's my old iPhone it got dropped and the screen broke. I guess it could be repaired or used for parts.

sorry my iPhone likes to send the message before I'm done typing. I used a thumb tack to pop the sim card out. I can send one with it. ;-)

Darn iphone and breaking. :P I have a iphone four, but I have a nice case for mine. I jumped off the back of a truck and it slid out of my pocket and landed on the road. XD But it's survived! :)

Yes that's the best use for this is to replace the screen with a new screen. It doesn't have a simcard in it either. you'll have to get one from the AT&T store once you get it fixed.

no I just plugged it in. I heard the sounds but see nothing on the screen.

it powers on but the LCD part is broken so you can't see anything. that would have to be replaced for it to function properly. even when it's charged up the screen is dark.
