I measured it flat because it is stretchy. I got about 24" in the waist and 32" in the bust. Like I said you can't really go by that because it is stretchy. I hope this helps.

I have a question, every time I place a bid the second i do, it says I was outbid by 10 each time. This isn't rigged is it?

I don't think so, not on my part anyway! Someone has placed a higher bid. I guess you can say for instance say they have bid 3,000. It may not show up unless you or someone else has bid higher than 3.000. I hope you understand.

I measured it at 32", but that was without stretching it. So, I think it would fit.
