You have to set up an account at www.paypal.com. You can use a credit/debit card, and it is the safest way to send money online, that is why everyone uses it. If you don't have a Paypal account, perhaps you have a good friend that has one who will let you give them the four dollars for the shipping and they will pay the shipping for you. Whoever wins will get my Paypal address (email) and in the comment box should put that it is for this book and will of course need to have a verified Listia address, so I know where to send the package to. Because this is a book that is in perfect condition, I will be shipping it by UPS, insured, so no harm comes to it during shipping. I normally do not charge shipping, but because of the weight I have to charge a minimal amount for the book.
