Do you think that if I run it on Vista in Windows 95/98 compatibility mode, will I be able to run this?

I think trying to get this to run on vista would do nothing but cause you a lot of headaches with an end result being crashes and other glitches at best. You would have an easier time with 95/98/XP in my opinion.

I've been unsuccessful with running a mess of games on Vista, but say if I ran it with 265 colors or a different color scheme or perhaps try it on xp or 7 I might get something out of that.

I just tried GTA 2 on mine and it has Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit. It will warn you that there is a known compatibility issue with the game,. but you can continue anyway. It played flawlessly. I forgot how the cops were in the game, They aren't as stupid or forgetful as the new GTA games lol
