Yes...Laptops charge their batteries while the battery is in the laptop and the laptops power cord is plugged into the wall. Once the Laptop is unplugged from the wall the battery powers the pc. :)

Sir, I Honestly don't think so, I Honestly think it Will Continue to be fine, if the virus care is updated and ran. If I had any "Genuine Legal Microsoft" Licenses Remaining I would install it. But at About $100 dollars a copy, I cannot afford too. It May Be Upgraded at anytime, But I refuse To install a "bootleg" copy and earn a bad rep and break the law, there are at least one laptop I can point out this moment Right on Lista selling a copy of installed with Windows 7 Ultimate "Totally" illegal.

More questions, I noticed it has about a 1 1/2 GB of RAM. Can that be increased? What is the max amount of RAM it can hold?

Memory Supported, I got it with (2) two 512MB I swapped the only readily accesable Memory slot, with (1)GB, the second module, I believe is located beneath the Keyboard... and I dont feel very comfortable removing it... This PC screams with the 1.5GB installed. Remember this thing was a top of the line PC nuw it retailed for over $2,000.00 check the prices it is shown.

Use the little program Ccleaner in your case downlod and rum Malwarebytes, look there is a little to this. is it a virus, what is its name cause its not all the same most extension programs are PUPs Potiently Unwanted Programs and will be found by Malwarebytes... It is just not all that easy. That is why people seek my help. do you know how to send a private message on here, send me one for further help.
