Although the tag says one size if you out on your weight in your hips like me I would say no. If you are not bottom heavy then perhaps yes.

They actually stretch. Wore them at size 18. When I went up to size 20 they were to snug to put on- although the tag says one size (but I have large hips so that could be the problem...)
