I googled the model number 3100x and it shows Roku 2 XS. Don't know why the there's all the controversy about it but I'm looking at the item and I described what I saw on it.

geez calm down guys. everyone hassling them won't help. they're answering and responding to the comments and questions as soon as they are able to do so. And they don't "need" to do anything. You can politely inform/recommend free shipping but they don't "need" to do free shipping. Good luck with your auction hun. I'm sure you'll get more credits closer to auction end. :)

You need to offer free shipping on this. Most bidders (myself included) are just not willing to advance shipping to an unproven seller. Your higher bids would more than make up your shipping costs. At the very least you could set a minimum bid for free shipping.

Im assuming there wont be free shipping at 20k since there not replying. In the comments before i believe they asked a question to your question 20k free shipping?, "you got that" as in you have that many credits to spend? Connected it when I got it brand new, put it on the shelf and never used it, there's no damage and you can return if it doesn't work but i'm positive it works perfectly.
