Yes its leather. No inside tag and no name on pull tag. Just a gold pull tag with a flower embroidered on it...

Same bag in both pics. Def due to lighting. I didnt have my flash on the pic where its hanging bcz the lighting was fine. When I took the pic of the inside it was on my walk in closet and there isnt good lighting in there its dim so I had the flash on hense why it looks so much lighter or "metallic blue" as you said
