This is made smaller in the bust area, I'd say anyone over a B-cup wouldn't be able to wear it. This is New Without Tags. Tried it on, and my bust is too large for it. Has lovely flower-shaped buttons and ties at the front directly under the bust. I know it looks blue in the photo, but it is purple. Any questions, please ask.
