And again, that is not a waterproof case. That is an OTTERBOX and this OTTERBOX case is NOT waterproof. One way you can tell is by looking at where the ear piece is, it is open. Life proof makes waterproof cases for the 5s and 5c's but again, this OTTERBOX case IS NOT. I'm sorry but you have too many discrepancies in your auction. All it takes is a very little investigation by simply taking a closer look at the photos you yourself has provided to prove what you are representing here is actually not what it seems. I am only stating the obvious here.

They don't make a black iPhone 5c. The only 5c colors they have are blue, pink/red, green, yellow, white. The 5s has a black color, along with the silver and gold. But the is no black 5c iPhone.

Where is an actual picture of the phone itself, not the box but the phone? You show the black 5c case and that's all, besides the earbuds and the charging cable and USB wall plug. Show the actual phone please. Thank You.

And from taking a closer look at the box, the printed picture of the phone on that box is of the white iPhone 5c because the wallpaper on the picture of the phone on the box is a white background. That's how you can tell which phone it is, the background color on the phone will be the same color of the actual phone. The devil is in the details.

If you will post a picture of the sides of the phone so I can see that it actually uses a SIM card, then I'll check with my carrier to see if they can use Sprint on their network then I can bid at least 25,000 more credit.
