Here's yet another ones my skirts ladies! So festive! By Jonathan Martin. Says the size is large because it is elastic it could prob fit a small large but it is more s medium. I will get more measurements up later. The 3rd pic I had flash on(so not true color) so you could see the design more clearly! The design is fireworks that sparkle!!! The color is a darker blue.
