Is this a George V or Edward VIII, and are there any letters underneath the words "TEN CENTS"? Thanks

This is a KM24 not KM19 so it does have Edward VIII (this is the king that abdicated for love and there aren't too many coins minted with his name on them because he was only king for a very short time, less than a year) as for the letters under the words TEN CENTS There are two letters very very faint and worn. Hope this helps
