People that are terminally ill, they are given a Protecting Angel Coin (as you see here). To remind them that it is not the ending of life, but a new beginning. The tradition is to give the coin to the family to remind them of that person and that they are not protecting them. I work in a hospital and this one new and never used.

this seller is not answering questions, I wish I had not bid as high as I did, I can't even get an answer as to how to even pay her for shipping...to donaldbeck121, I think she described that it was made from nickle, its just silver in color, I just liked the angel, I collect angels......still wish someone would outbid me and just get me out of this auction!!!!
