I'm not sure what you mean. If the bid is currently, let's say, 500 credits, and you bid 600 credits, but the person that bid before you put in a bid of 1000, then your bid won't top that. You can bid 1000 credits at the beginning of an auction, but it's still going to show the minimum bid. I hope that makes sense.

It has a heating element similar to a car lighter. The heating element is visible in the third picture. It heats up when you open that end of the lighter.

do you actually have this item, I've seen others list this product with "drop shipping" meaning they just place the order with the company in china and they ship, it stated possibly as long as 21 days for shipping, there would be no way I would agree to wait for delivery past the 20 day limit on filing a dispute.
