Not stretched is about 25" and stretched is 36". They may stretch more but I didn't want to pull on them to much. I hope this helps.

Hey girl!!
I also want to know if they are see thru at all?? I know that they don't LOOK see thru in your photos. But I've purchased and won from listia ALOT of leggings that seem fine , until I get them try them on and they end up see through!
A good way to tell is to stretch them a bit on the back area (where your rear would be) and put your hand in them too see if you can see your hand? Even the slightest bit??thanks.
