I copied and pasted the following review from whatagirl.com. also looked at amazon.com who has it for $24.95
For people new to weight training, the clear instructions make this workout too good to ignore. And if you're experienced in strength training, you'll get a complete total-body workout that will help you look and feel fabulous. The workout is adaptable to many fitness levels by using different dumbbell weights.
The one-hour tape is divided into upper body and lower body segments. Rachel McLish teaches traditional exercises including bicep curls and squats, along with innovative moves such as her own "tricep cross-chest extensions," and a series of pelvic floor moves that target the hips, thighs, and rear (you'll really feel these!). Abdominal exercises are included in each segment, and they're tough but not impossible.
McLish is a former Ms. Olympia with a background in exercise and nutrition, and she spares no details in her explanations and demonstrations of each exercise as she describes the muscles being worked and the purpose of each one. She teaches the workout by herself, giving the sense of having a private instructor working at your side.
You will need at least one set of dumbbells for this workout.. If you're just starting out, try the workout without any weights first. Several exercises use a weight bench, but an exercise step with extra risers works just as well. Rachel also shows alternate exercises that you can do if you don't have a bench.
In Shape does not include a warmup, so budget a few extra minutes at the beginning of your workout to jog or march in place before starting the weight training. The cool down stretch at the end is very brief, and you may find that you need to do more stretching on your own after the tape concludes.
And expect to feel it the next day! But stay with it and improved strength and muscle tone will follow.
