I would think that this is the theme that is carried throughout the note pad pages. The inside pages look to be light blue.
This note pad is a generous size for writing notes, and think of all the places you could use it-on your desk at work, on the kitchen counter, etc., etc.
I'm sure, being familiar with Mary Engelbreit, that there is a charming picture or the quote inside on the notepad. Think of how much more fun this will be to use than just regular old white paper!
